She goes out of her way to understand the needs of her clients and create custom

Carly has chosen SuperSlow as her vocation because, “I know first-hand that
SuperSlow works, and it makes me feel good to help others.” At first, “I was skeptical that
I would get results, but seeing is believing and after trying it, I was hooked. I know I’m
a better, more effective trainer because I totally believe in – and do – the SuperSlow
training myself.”
Carly is a tireless advocate for health and the biggest cheerleader for her clientele. But it
is her sense of humor and knowledge of strength training that keep her client’s SuperSlow
workouts fresh every week.
Ellen Smith
Ellen began her career as a personal trainer in the 80’s, working as a
Nautilus Instructor at Malibu Nautilus during her college years at
Pepperdine University. In the late 90’s, Ellen discovered that Ken Hutchins
had perfected her favorite exercise method of high-intensity training through
his SuperSlow method. At that time she was working as a paralegal in a national
law firm. Although she had little time outside of work, Ellen found she could always
make the 20-minute a week exercise schedule. Subsequently, Ellen chose to train
using the SuperSlow method. “I gratefully and continually experienced the
superior results Mr. Hutchins SuperSlow method provided and decided this has to be made available to more people.”
A constant promoter of good health and well being, Ellen has helped her clients
lose weight, regain core strength and balance, increase their cardiovascular health
and endurance, and sleep better. She attributes these results to her careful and
experienced application of the SuperSlow method.
